Have you ever met someone who claims that they can do an insane amount of reps at high weight and you just don’t believe them? Then you finally hit the gym and see that person “pull off” their impressive lifts… only to realize that person’s form or range of motion is complete SH*T! They are ego lifting. It’s a terrible curse that falls upon many bros that want to outlift you.
