Regardless of Mr. Olympia records… Ronnie Coleman will always be the GOAT.

Nathan De Asha has already proven himself to not only be a great competitor but also a very outspoken one. He loves to play the trash talk game just as much as he loves to diet, train, and compete on stage. It brings in a great deal of entertainment and occasionally even controversy during the off months before big competitions. His latest comments, compiled here by Fazi Fitness, take a shot at Phil Heath.

As most of us already know, Phil Heath is on his way to matching the world record for most Mr. Olympia wins – only shared by Ronnie Coleman and Lee Haney. While this is an incredible accomplishment, Nathan De Asha does not see this as proof that he is equal or even better than Ronnie Coleman.

Context is key and many fans will agree – Ronnie Coleman in his prime would likely have beaten Phil Heath in his prime. Does this take away from what Phil Heath has accomplished? Certainly not – but the “greatest of all time” debate happens constantly across all sports. This is no different.

If you want to even further compare the two athletes – make sure to check out our recent release of ‘Ronnie Coleman: The King’ out now on digital VOD platforms.
