Phil Heath says he wasn’t going to trash talk and then suddenly…

Earlier in the year, Phil Heath said he wasn’t going to partake in the trash talk that the other athletes have been throwing around online. And while that has been mostly true, we now have this new video with a subtle (yet not-so-subtle) dig at Big Ramy. First Phil mimics a bubble gut using his hands and whispers – “If I showed up like that, people would already be judging me.”
