Shawn Rhoden decided to train with Charles Glass this year and his previous trainer opens up.

After Shawn Rhoden won the Mr. Olympia 2018 and moved into his 2019 training. It was soon announce that Shawn Rhoden will be training with Charles Glass. His original trainer that helped him get his Olympia-winning 2018 physique was Psycho Fitness – and some fans are worried that he decided to make a change away from what earned him a victory. Other fans actually seem angry as if Shawn Rhoden had betrayed Psycho Fitness.

Fazi Fitness has compiled a new video posted by Psycho Fitness himself – where he finally opens up about the switch of trainers and his honest opinion on it. He also touches upon another athlete who switched from Psycho Fitness to Charles Glass – Dexter Jackson.
