You may not recognize Andreas Cahling at first in this video due to the massively long beard he now sports, but make no mistake this is the same legendary bodybuilder you’ve probably heard about from the 70s or 80s. Or perhaps you remember him for his epic comeback as a masters bodybuilder in 2011 showcasing that age is just a number with his still massive and shredded physique.
