It’s a real LiftMas Miracle!

Whether or not you celebrate Christmas – today is a day for all people to gather and be kind to each other. It’s also a day where a lot of bodybuilders get pissed because their gym is closed. So we’re going to celebrate the best way we know how – with a lifting video. This one is Christmas themed showcasing a Santa Claus killing it in the gym. You have to burn off all those cookies and milk somehow.
