Psycho Fitness has always been a known name – but became even more well known when Shawn Rhoden won the Mr. Olympia 2018. But it seems that he doesn’t want to just stop there. He wants to change the game when it comes to bodybuilding trainers, coaches, and gurus. He wants to be the best of all time. He wants to outshine legends like Charles Glass and Hany Rambod.

This was all stated in one of his latest social media video posts, compiled here by Fazi Fitness. This is the kind of attitude it takes to be champion at anything.
