That time of the year is cropping up – summertime. The season when we all want to be outside and, more importantly, on vacation from your job. Many people around the world use a vacation to indulge a little bit. The perfect time to avoid work, ignore your diet, and just relax. But for bodybuilders things are a bit different. Sure you can take a break from your day job but you can’t take a break from you’re rigorous training program.
