Make sure you hold onto the bar tight.
One of the most important things about building strength and muscle mass is to make sure you push until you can’t push anymore by the end of the last set. If you aren’t pushing hard enough – then you’re muscles won’t grow. You won’t get stronger. Progress isn’t made. But sometimes in the attempt to push as hard as you can, as is the case with this lifter, you might actually jump the gun and get yourself hurt.
