Never skip leg day is a phrase often heard in the bodybuilding and fitness world. It’s a common phrase because there are so many people who don’t commit to building up their legs. Why? Because it’s one of the hardest areas to build up – and unless you are a competitor, your legs are often covered. That allows people to create a half-illusion that they are jacked by only focusing on their upper body.

But any true lifter or bodybuilder knows that building up a full package is a must. And this video from GymFuckery shows us an extreme (albeit fake) example of why skipping out on leg day is ridiculous… and can make you a mockery in the gym. Check it out below:
