WATCH: This May Be The Most Atrocious Deadlift Form We’ve Seen


Whatever you do, do not deadlift like this.

There’s nothing wrong with trying to achieve a goal, especially if it’s one that takes a great deal of effort and sacrifice. Bodybuilding requires a specific goal in mind and the means to execute. Pushing yourself is to the limit always leads to making some great results whether you succeed or fail. That said, you better have the form to pull you through or you can end up injuring yourself on the way to your goal.

The clip below shows an average joe looking to pull off a deadlift. His form leaves much to be desired however as he begins to fall apart as he tries to heft the weight.

Just goes to show you that sometimes wanting something doesn’t mean you’ll get it, especially if you form is this atrocious.
