Crushed guts and vomit deadlifts lead this week’s top workout fails.

TOP WORKOUT FAILS OF THE WEEK – is a weekly digital series highlighting the best (or worst?) workout fails submitted to Generation Iron and GymFuckery. Combining training injuries, ego lifts, extremely bad form, and even worse decisions. This digital greatest hits of workout fails will make you cringe and laugh to wash away to work week. New episodes every Friday.

The greatest gift that keeps on giving are workout fails caught on camera. With the internet in every aspect in our lives – it’s nearly impossible for that one embarrassing thing to not get caught on photo or camera. While that might be scary on a larger security perspective – it’s fantastic when it comes to gym and workout fails. It turns out, there are A LOT of them happening every single week. So much so that we have an entire sister site, GymFuckery, taking submissions and posting workout fails every single day.

But to help take some of the grind out of skimming through dozens of workout fails looking for the best, we’ve decided to launch a weekly “top workout fails of the week” show that brings the best, most gruesome, and funniest workout fails straight to your laptops and phones.

This week’s highlights include very strange intercrossed sit ups, extremely painful bench press bar drops, and one hell of an epic deadlift that ends in a messy waterfall of vomit. You can check it all out in the first episode of Top Workout Fails Of The Week above. Powered by GymFuckery.
