From Geek to Goliath
This ain’t your high school musical Zac Efron. In case you still thought of Zack Efron of the fresh face Teeny bop heart throb from every high school girls favorite movies, you’re sadly mistaken. Yes, he still makes the ladies swoon but now even guys are taking notice. Zac has transformed his bedroom body into a seriously fit physique.
Say what you will about his acting career – we need to give credit where credit is due. We already know he started getting into some shredded shape back when he did Neighbors with Seth Rogan… but it really seems like this Baywatch movie is bringing the best out of not only The Rock but Efron as well. He’s even bigger and more cut than ever before. And if you can leave your Hollywood opinions at the door – you can start marveling over the amazing transformation that has occurred over the course of his career.

.
Exhibit A – In his high school musical days Zac had a typical skater type skinny body mostly made from casual sports and a naturally high metabolism.
Exhibit B- now Zac’s body looks strong, cut, and even a bit of size, he’s obviously been taking his lifting and nutrition seriously. While he won’t be posing against Kai or Phil anytime soon, the body that he does have is solid and his striations are impressive for someone who isn’t competing.
Honestly I have a hard time with paparazzi but s/o to this dude ? pic.twitter.com/VYn8CbdsGI

It’s starting to look like this Baywatch movie is just one big excuse for The Rock to get everyone on set as jacked as possible. Zac Efron has always been about his health but he seems to have kicked it into 5th gear for his upcoming role on the new movie. Starring in his new role with Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, the duo attempt to revamp the 90’s smash hit show. The movie is set for 2017 and will be directed by Seth Gordon.
