Missy Truscott wins her third Olympia Fitness title!
The Fitness division would crown a new champion on Friday night with reigning winner Oksana Grishina not competing. Ultimately, it was a competitor who is familiar with this stage. Missy Truscott returned to the stage and regained her Fitness Olympia title.
Truscott was forced to miss last year’s finals with a knee injury. She worked hard to recover fully and return to training.

The Fitness division was without multiple contenders this year. Along with Grishina, three-time Arnold Classic champion Ariel Khadr will be absent as she recovers from a neck injury. Khadr, who announced her decision on Sept. 22, has been dealing with these issues since 2018 but has been able to battle through it. She has decided to focus on her health moving forward. Three-time Olympia champion Whitney Jones will also miss the competition.
