Keone Pearson wins his second consecutive Men’s 212 Olympia title!
Keone Pearson entered the weekend looking to prove that his victory last year was not a fluke. From the opening moments of prejudging, it was clear that Pearson brought his best once again and it ended with a second consecutive Men’s 212 title on Friday night.
Pearson won his first title during the 2023 Olympia by defeating Shaun Clarida, which was considered a major upset. Clarida qualified for both 212 and Men’s Open in 2022 but decided to return to regain his title after losing to Derek Lunsford in 2021. Clarida was crowned champion in 2022 before finishing as the runner-up to Pearson last year.
