2025 Olympia Men’s 212 Prejudging Report & Analysis

Highlights from the 2025 Olympia Men’s 212 prejudging.

The 2025 Olympia kicked off on Friday morning with the first set of prejudging. The Men’s 212 division hit the stage for the first time to give judges a closer look at how the finals might play out. Keone Pearson entered the competition as the reigning two-time champion and the early favorite to win once again.

Our team at Generation Iron is going to break it down!

Former 212 Olympia champion Shaun Clarida returned after finishing as the runner-up in each of the last two years. Both Clarida and Pearson have dabbled with the idea of moving up into Men’s Open but first, put on another show on the Olympia stage in Men’s 212.

It was no surprise to see this duo headline the first callout. They were immediately put in the center so judges could get a good look. Kerrith Bajjo, who finished fourth last year, was also featured in the first callout with Courage Opara. Lucas Garcia and Nihat Kaya also appeared on stage first as competitors continued to battle for position.

In the fourth callout, Garcia and Kaya continued on with Pearson and Clarida. With the presumed top two in the middle, judges took this group of four through another rousing set of poses. In the end, it looks as though this will be the third consecutive year that it comes down to a battle between Pearson and Clarida.

After the prejudging round, the Men’s 212 division is beginning to take shape. Below, check out a full breakdown of how the callouts went on Friday morning in the division.
