Building a phenomenal and aesthetic physique is no simple task. It requires a host of different attributes including but not limited to dedication, the willingness to sacrifice and, above all else, patience. These core ideologies have been the difference between what makes a bodybuilding champion and being just your average amateur hoping to build muscle like their favorite bodybuilders. For individuals like James “Flex” Lewis and Steve Cook training hard and getting ripped is simply just another day in the office.

The reigning 212 champion and greatest lightweight bodybuilder in the world, Flex Lewis is a man driven by a passion and drive to become the best. His last Olympia win marked as the bodybuilder with the most lightweight Olympia wins. To top it off the birth of his daughter has seemed to added coal to his already intensely burning fire. Since that win he’s been under the radar but despite that fact you can bet he’s been building a tremendous amount of muscle in the off season.

Steve Cook hasn’t been on the competition stage for some time now, but that hasn’t stopped his bodybuilding training. In fact it appears that he’s been reinvigorated by his latest projects, namely teaming up for training sessions with some of the most popular and influential bodybuilders in the world today. It appears that Cook is challenging himself, pushing himself to his limits with every training session in the hopes of putting on a great performance and certainly not being outdone by any of his training partners.

Cook’s latest collaboration is with none other than the 212 champion himself Flex Lewis. The two veterans have decided to team up for an epic chest training that offers all the ingredients of what makes a champion.
