Arnold Classic 2020: Big Ramy Joins Forces with Chad Nicholls in Prep for the Big Show

Big Ramy and Chad Nicholls join forces.

This week has been filled with its fair share of ups and downs. After learning that the Arnold Sports Festival Expo would be postponed, many feared that the competitions would also be put on hold.

Fortunately for die hard bodybuilding fans it appears that the Arnold Classic will go on!

Ahead of the big show, many of the Open Weight bodybuilders have set themselves for potential victory with some intense training and preparation. Among them is Mamdouh “Big Ramy” Elssbiay who has been a force to be reckoned with during his time on the pro circuit.

After sitting out the 2019 Olympia, Big Ramy is back and looking to bring an entirely new version of himself to the Arnold Classic. Helping to bring his brand new evolved form to the stage is Chad Nicholls, a trainer and nutritionist who knows a thing or two about bringing out the best in high level bodybuilders.

The Instagram post below shows the two ahead of the Arnold Classic promising to bring something special to the stage this weekend.

Do you think Big Ramy will have a great performance at the 2020 Arnold Classic?
