Arnold Schwarzenegger Looks Strong as He Performs One of His Favorite Back Exercises

Arnold Schwarzenegger may be old, but he’s not obsolete.

Achieving greatness in any sport means putting in the hard work. Becoming the greatest in that chosen sport takes another level of will, charisma, and dedication to the craft to reach desired outcomes.

To be considered the greatest you can do a number of things. You can simply out perform the competition. You can beat all the rest along with possessing a presence of superiority. And then you can have both of those as well as the personality to match.

Boxing had Muhammad Ali, who many considered to be the greatest. There’s no doubt that in bodybuilding Arnold Schwarzenegger has that distinct honor.

Constantly dominating the opposition and using mental warfare against his fellow competitors, Arnold Schwarzenegger was the epitome of the greatest. Nothing and no one stood in his way to achieving his overall goal of becoming a seven-time Mr. Olympia.

But while the presence and personality goes a long way, at the end of the day it’s all about results. In order to get the best results in bodybuilding it means having the best kind of training. You have to learn to love training, even when you feel you might break under the pressure.

Arnold Schwarzenegger had a number of favorite exercises he performed in his heyday. In fact, some of those same exercises are staples in his workout today. For example, the T-Bar Row is still one of his all-time favorites the legend has in his regimen. His recent back day training shows the GOAT performing the exercise like a natural.
