Big Neechi trains with Mike O’Hearn.

Bodybuilding in the time of the global health crisis is certainly a rough road. When things appear to be opening back up something happens to ensure that we take a step backwards.

While it’s out of a bodybuilder’s hands as to whether they can train at the gym, gains will only be procured by those who are resourceful in these times.

Enter Big Neechi.

Looking to maintain and build upon his gains, Big Neechi is looking to join forces with a bodybuilding veteran. Big Neechi has enlisted the help of none other than Mike O’Hearn.

What body parts would you like to see us train?? Upper body or lower body?? Lmk in the comments below. . . . . Click the link in my bio for the full YouTube video with the legend @mikeohearn, the greatest bodybuilder of all time. . . . . For those wondering on my last post I am 5’10 207. I haven’t been this lean in a while, but during quarantine it’s easy to lose weight. What the scale says doesn’t ultimately matter. I believe that fitness is about health and happiness. I feel blessed and healthier than ever. When I entered college I wanted to be the strongest NFL player pound for pound. When I realized I wasn’t going to play ball I decided I wanted to be a coach. I love helping others become a greater version of themselves. I enjoy that more than I do competing. . . . Now that I’ve got my degree in exercise and sport science I want to bring value to others as much as I can. . . . Big things coming, follow @innisho for exclusive details & giveaways. ?? . . . . Also be on the lookout for @generationiron 4. This movie will feature @MikeOhearn and more. . . #bigneechi #innisho #mikeohearn #generationiron #nattyornot #peds #fakenatty #explorepage #goviral #hollywood #losangeles #beverlyhills #santamonica #venicebeach
