Brandon Curry Talks Possibility Of Masters Olympia
The conversation around Brandon Curry’s future started with immediate plans for the year. He has not been training at Oxygen Gym in Kuwait and this has eased tension within his body. Curry is keeping his options open from here on out.
“My options for the years are definitely open. Right now, it’s about collecting data. This is a new experience. The body hasn’t been stressed this prep. A lot of things that I probably used to incorporate was probably too stressful to begin with. I’m having a very, very good, what I call healthy prep.”
Chris Cormier believes that Curry has a chance to win the Arnold Classic. If this happens, he will likely take the stage at the Masters Olympia.
The Masters Olympia competition officially made its return in 2023. The event was held at the BT Arena in Cluj Napoca, Romania where all 10 divisions in bodybuilding were present to compete. Kamal Elgargni highlighted the event with a victory in Men’s Open. The event was not part of the IFBB Pro League schedule this year but will make its return in August.
“If we really, really nail it and we do things correctly, there may not be too many questions. We may want to go ahead and make some extra money in the process or we just, I don’t know, we’ll see. It’s one of those things I can’t call it until I walk through it fully.”
