Brandon Curry shared a rare physique update before his performance in Columbus!
Brandon Curry does not share many physique updates but when he does, the bodybuilding world takes notice. On Thursday, he gave fans a glimpse of what to expect when he takes the stage at the 2025 Arnold Classic in March.
Curry is one of the great bodybuilders of his generation. He was crowned Olympia champion in 2019 before finishing as the runner-up in 2022. Curry is also a two-time champion on the Arnold stage. He was listed on the roster and is now preparing to step into rare air as a three-time champion in Columbus.
“I figure I’d come out of the shadows and let you all know I’ve been working. Yes, there’s been some changes for this prep but it doesn’t change my willingness to endure and get the job done.”
Curry took a step back during the 2024 Olympia, placing ninth. He will look to improve upon his performance against some of the biggest names in the sport.
Brandon Curry Shares Physique Update
Curry shared a posing video where he shows off his progress made from the Olympia. This is his first update of the year lading up to the event and Curry likes where he currently is.
“I feel like we are in a good position. This is my first time capturing myself post workout (with upper body pump), so it’s a bit different from my normal fresh out of bed check-ins.”
In June, it was announced that Curry and his longtime coach Abdullah Alotaibi parted ways and would not work together moving forward. The duo became close over the years and enjoyed great success on the bodybuilding stage. Ultimately, Alotaibi admitted that the split was his decision. Now, Curry is focused on his next journeys with his coach, Justin Harris.
“I’m managing well at home and my wife @bleaver808has been aiding in making this transition more comfortable for me and I appreciate all her help. Just a bit more grinding to go and God willing I will see a lot of you in Columbus.”
