Generation Iron Brock Lesnar Back Workout

Get a Beastly Back.

The WWE has seen its fair share of superstars fizzle out, while many others have risen to the occasion becoming household names. One of the superstars that fall squarely in the latter category is the hulking Brock Lesnar. He has become a major draw over there years for his athleticism and massive physique. He’s not just your average pro wrestler. The man has done it all from wrestling at the division one collegiate level to becoming the UFC Heavyweight Champion. Brock is a force to be reckoned and has an intimidating form to match.

On the wrestling scene, Brock hasn’t been all that active since this past year’s Wrestlemania 31 event – where his bout with Roman Reigns ended in a disappointing conclusion. Seth Rollins stole the show and the WWE Heavyweight belt and has since been throwing his weight around as the champion. Now it appears that Brock is set to get back into the squared circle this coming July when the WWE heads over to Japan. The former champion will be taking on Kofi Kingston at the event which takes place on July 4 in Tokyo.

We have no doubts that Lesnar will be in top form when he returns to action and is likely to be looking bigger and better than ever. When it comes to his monstrous physique it’s not just Brock’s arms, shoulders and chest that make him such an intimidating force, but his massive back as well. Check out the workout the talented athlete uses to get into bulked up form.
