Chris Hemsworth urged fans to check out his newest 28-day arm program with a new workout released each day!
Chris Hemsworth continues to have one of the best physiques in Hollywood. At 40 years old, Hemsworth remains in great shape and focused on his fitness. During a recent video, Hemsworth showed off his biceps while calling for viewers to check out his 28-day arm program.
Hemsworth created an app called “CentrFit” to share workouts for viewers during the pandemic. When gyms were closed, Hemsworth made sure that people could continue to get workouts in during their time at home. He continues to use this app and hit some home workouts that serve different purposes.

On this app, Hemsworth helped share a different arm workout every day for 28 days.
“What’s up legends, Check out the 28 days of arms program. The new workout for your arms everyday. I can’t even count to 28, let alone think of 28 different workouts for your arms but we got 28 different workouts to get you pumped up.”
Hemsworth has helped his team at CentrFit create different arm finishers to get an insane pump at the end of a workout.

During his career, Hemsworth has made a name for himself in many action roles. This includes during the Thor movies and Extraction. He has gone through many physique transformations in order to look the part on the big screen. He has done this by using different workouts to challenge his body in different ways.
Hemsworth has showed off different workouts that he used to prepare for his role in Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga. He played the antagonist in this film and is now focused on voicing Optimus Prime in Transformers One, which is set to come out in September.
