Chris Hemsworth and Mr. Beast teamed up for a full-body workout to burn an insane amount of calories.
Chris Hemsworth has maintained a shredded physique and uses any different training methods to burn calories. Recently, he was joined by YouTube sensation Mr. Beast for a full-body workout.

During his career, Hemsworth has made a name for himself in many action roles. This includes during the Thor movies and Extraction. He has gone through many physique transformations in order to look the part on the big screen. He has done this by using different workouts to challenge his body in different ways.
“I came here to hangout with Chris and that turned into doing a full-body workout.”
As for Mr. Beast, who’s real name is James Stephen Donaldson, his passion for fitness started recently. Donaldson has become extremely popular. He is one of the most subscribed to individuals on YouTube with 315 million. Mr. Beast has a personal page along with one showing off his gaming, reaction videos, and philanthropy work.
Chris Hemsworth & Mr. Beast Full-Body Circuit
Chris Hemsworth and Mr. Beast put together a full-body workout consisting of eight exercises made to burn as many calories as possible:
- Sled Push
- Kettlebell Deadlift
- Pushups
- Assault Bike
- Ball Slam
- Curl & Press
- Skierg Machine
- Reverse Lunges
“I think we are gonna do a workout and we’re going to see how many calories we burn and then that equates to how many chocolate bars we can get.”

The duo burned over 200 calories during this workout. It lasted about 30 minutes but Hemsworth explained he usually does an hour a day.
“We do about an hour but not at that exact thing. That’s continuous. There’s cameras and you’re giving it a few extra reps.”
Hemsworth created an app called “CentrFit” to share workouts for viewers during the pandemic. When gyms were closed, Hemsworth made sure that people could continue to get workouts in during their time at home. He continues to use this app and hit some home workouts that serve different purposes.
