White will dive into the energy drink market with the Anheuser-Busch and 1st Phorm.
UFC CEO Dana White is venturing into a new business that is becoming extremely popular in the fitness world.
White has partnered with Anheuser-Busch and 1st Phorm to create a new energy drink that is planned to launch this summer. This will be White’s first venture into a market that has swept the nation. Anheuser-Busch has already begun working with 1st Phorm to create different products.

On Wednesday, the newest drink Phorm Energy was released. This is a product featuring zero sugar while containing electrolytes and is naturally caffeinated from green tea extract. This is the first drink released under Anheuser-Busch’s previous partnership with 1st Phorm. CEO Sal Frisella commented on this new partnership.
“With the launch of Phorm Energy, we’re bringing together two American companies based in St. Louis and Dana White – all united by a powerful commitment to brand-building, quality, innovation and meeting the evolving needs of consumers.”
Since 2017, Anheuser-Busch has been in and out of the energy drink business with companies like Ghost and Hiball. The company’s deal with Ghost came to an end last year when Keurig Dr Pepper acquired the brand in a $1 billion deal.
The energy-drink business has turned into a billion-dollar brand with many stars taking part, such as Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and the company he created called Zoa. Now, Dana White gets the chance to break into a new business world.
Dana White’s Weight-Loss Transformation
Dana White, the American business executive and president of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), has been instrumental in shaping the global mixed martial arts phenomenon. Yet, his health journey is equally inspiring. Once weighing an unhealthy 236 pounds, White recently transformed his lifestyle, shedding 40 pounds to reach a healthier 196 pounds.
The fights he was always involved in during his youth and his general lifestyle took a toll on White. One is that he suffered from the sleeping disorder sleepapnea. White was also overweight with poor blood work, meaning he was dying slowly.
He had a human biologist, Gary Brecka, who analyzed White’s metrics and gave him 10.4 years to live if he didn’t address his health problems. So Dana White started the 10x Health System Protocol to reverse his fate in less than ten weeks.
What Is the 10x Health System Protocol?
The 10x Health System Protocol is a system that is divided into four sections. The goal of this protocol is to improve your health and lifestyle, and White followed the following:
- PEMF Pad
- Cold Plunges
- Cardio Exercises with Oxygen Therapy
- Red Light Therapy
PEMF Pad
Dana White sleeps on this mat every night. The PEMF mat emits electromagnetic fields of different strengths and frequencies. This helps with relaxing, improving circulation, and reducing inflammation.
Cold Plunges
White does cold plunges first thing in the morning, jumping into 50ºF water for three minutes. He says it’s like drinking coffee in the morning, and it picks him up. While many benefits of cold water plunges are under debate, a study shows they can help with muscle recovery (1).
