Dana White Takes Jesse James West Through His “Superhuman Protocol” Routine

Dana White explained to Jesse James West how he improved his health drastically.

Dana White has worked to improve his physique and overall health in recent years. He has done this with the guidance of different medical professionals and a new routine. Recently, he led fitness star Jesse James West through what he calls his “superhuman protocol” routine.

In 2022, White was told by a DNA expert that he has around “10.4” years left to live. Of course, it is unknown how factual this information is but it caused White to go through a transformation. At 54 years old, White is looking like he is in prime shape and has tailored his workouts in different ways.

“I’m physically in the best shape I’ve ever been in. Internally, the best shape I’ve ever been in.”

After two years, White claims to be in the best shape of his life and it is because of his new routine.

Jesse James West is a fitness influencer, athlete, and bodybuilder with a shredded physique and almost 3 million YouTube subscribers. Last year, he competed in his first professional competition and won a prize. He is also known for never shying away from challenges and collaborations and has some awesome workouts with industry greats like Jay Cutler and Ronnie Coleman. He was interested in Dana White’s routine and walked through it all with the UFC CEO.

It began with a workout in the morning that challenged West from the start.

“At this point, my biceps and my back were extremely fatigued but there was no stopping and we just kept going.”

After the workout, Dana White took West into his cold-plunge tub. The duo plunged at 50 degrees for three minutes following the workout. This is used to get rid of inflammation and rejuvenate the body.

“It’s incredible for when you wake up in the morning. It’s incredible after horrible meals, it’s incredible after you fly. Once you get used to it, it’s totally addicting.”

The final step of the routine was a trip in the red light sauna. Dana White has transformed his physique in a big way and apparently feels years younger after adopting these protocols.
