A powerlifter must be proficient in all three big lifts if they want to compete with the best of the best. There’s no room for slacking in any given area.

Bell has an uncanny ability for lifting massive numbers in the deadlift, bench press, and squat. That should come as no surprised for the initiated. After all, Daniel Bell is the kind of man who leaves everything in the gym.

Recently the powerlifter squatted a massive 1058lbs in training. Yes, you read that right, that’s not a typo. Squatting just about anything is an achievement in itself. Squatting 1058lbs proves to the world that you are super human.
