Dexter Jackson destroys legs ahead of the Arnold Classic.

The Arnold Classic is still several weeks away and the competitors are ramping up their training to the next level. The field of competitors is filled with some of the biggest names in bodybuilding today, including veteran bodybuilder and former Olympia champion Dexter Jackson.


In the twilight of his career, Dexter Jackson is still looking to prove he has enough left in the tank to get another win at the 2020 Arnold Classic. He’s already broken the all-time Arnold Classic win record with nine victories including the international versions of the show.

As he attempts for his tenth Arnold Classic victory, Dexter Jackson is putting some serious work in at the gym and making sure he has some epic wheels to win the big show!

I told you guys that I was guna kill legs!! Usually this machine does nothing for me and that’s with it a ton of weight… Well try it this way.. My traps should be touching the pad but we let the pads rest on my front delts.. Feet close together and push the knees forward when squatting down. (Basically and sissy squat on this machine.)
