Farid Muhammad-Aceto won the overall prize naturally at his most recent show.
Farid Muhammad-Aceto put in an incredible amount of work to prepare for the NPC Teens Nationals over the weekend. He took the stage in the Classic Physique division and took home the overall championship during the event.

Aceto competed in his first bodybuilding show on July 17 2024. He placed second in both the Classic Physique and Bodybuilding during the Teen, Collegiate, and Masters Nationals. He would go onto win first place in bodybuilding and second in Classic Physique in September at the York Barbell Muscletown Natural. Under a suggestion by Tyler Manion and Bill Sibilia, Aceto took the stage during the Ben Weider Pro/AM Naturals in November 2024, placing fourth in both divisions.
Aceto, who was previously confirmed to be sponsored by MuscleMeds Performance Technologies, has taken an interest in natural bodybuilding over the last two years. Aceto grew up with an athletic background in football and track throughout high school. In 2022, Aceto attended the Olympia with his father and gained a significant interest in bodybuilding. This is when he decided to take on the challenge fully.
Farid Muhammad-Aceto Wins Overall Classic Physique
Aceto is coached by his father, Chris Aceto. Over the course of his career, Chris Aceto has coached bodybuilders to 126 titles between a total of 48 athletes. He is working to help his son build the best physique possible and is off to a great start.
Farid Muhammad-Aceto took to Instagram following his victory to thank his entire team.
“We did what we set out to do. Returned to my first national show and took the win. Crazy improvements improved since this day last year and it would never be possible without my team.
Of course, there are many that support you throughout, and that list could be at least another 20 names, but these are the ones that really invested and let me know, I can win if I set my mind to it, and that’s exactly what happened.”
