Here are two special holiday twists on our GI Protein Shake to treat yourself with this Christmas.
PEPPERMINT CHOCOLATE PROTEIN SHAKE
INGREDIENTS:
12 oz. skim milk
3 – 4 ice cubes
2 scoops chocolate whey protein powder
2 York Peppermint Patties (large, not mini)
DIRECTIONS:
1) Add all ingredients into a blender.
2) Blend on HIGH for approximately 30 seconds. (Timing may vary.)
3) Pour into a large glass and enjoy!
GINGERBREAD MAN PROTEIN SHAKE
INGREDIENTS:
12 oz. skim milk
3 – 4 ice cubes
2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. nutmeg
DIRECTIONS:
1) Add all ingredients into a blender.
2) Blend on HIGH for approximately 30 seconds. (Timing may vary.)
3) Pour into a large glass and enjoy!
