Hafthor Bjornsson Crushes 300Kg (660Lb) Squat and Makes it Look Easy!

Hafthor Bjornsson squats an enormous 300kgs/660lbs!

Hafthor Bjornsson showcased some truly incredible strength in a recent training session as he squat 300kgs/660lbs. The 2018 World’s Strongest Man champion looked as massive and strong as ever in some recent filmed intense training.

Strength cultivated over years of hardcore and consistent training doesn’t disappear overnight. While strength does deteriorate over time, it doesn’t completely vanish but rather lays dormant. It lays dormant until it is once again required and accessed. That’s exactly the takeaway from the latest feat of strength by strongman Hafthor Bjornsson.

2018 World’s Strongest Man, Hafthor Bjornsson is looking incredibly strong in some of his most recent training. While he has been focused on boxing as of late, particularly his match against foe Eddie Hall back in March of this year, Bjornsson is still a strongman through and through and showcased his incredible strength in recent training.

Putting himself through an intense upper body workout, Hafthor Bjornsson not only worked shoulders and back, but his chest as well. In the training footage posted to Instagram, Bjornsson completed a standing barbell press of 110kgs, incline dumbbell row, an incline dumbbell press, a wide grip lat pull down and finally face pulls.

Standing Barbell Press – strict 110kg 5 reps right into Incline DB Row 8 reps 4 sets.

Incline Dumbell Press 6 reps right into Wide Grip Lat Pull Down 12 reps 3 sets.

Finished off with Face Pulls 15 reps 3 sets.

Just another walk in the park for the athlete crowned 2018 World Strongest Man. But upper body isn’t the only thing that Hafthor Bjornsson has been focused on as of late. In another training session, we see Bjornsson squatting an incredible amount of weight. The massive squat weighed 300kgs/660lbs, a relatively miniscule bit of weight. Bjornsson not only hefted the incredible amount of weight, he made it look easy in the process.

300kg/660lbs for an easy 2 reps.

While he may not be competing in strongman competition these days, Hafthor Bjornsson is showing that he’s still as strong as ever. That kind of incredible strength doesn’t go away overnight, boxing training or no boxing training.

What do you think of Hafthor Bjornsson and his latest feat of strength?
