Ivan Makarov Hits an Incredible 490 Kg (1080 Lbs) Deadlift for Personal Best

Ivan Makarov is a beast on a mission.

Looking to standout among the rest of the strength world, Ivan Makarov has been pushing himself to achieve new heights of greatness. As a powerlifter it’s all about breaking through to the next personal record, just ask Larry Wheels.

The Russian powerlifter is on a mission to conquer the 520 kg deadlift. While Hafthor Bjornsson was satisfied with a massive 501 kg deadlift, Ivan Makarov is dead set on reaching 520 kg.

Along the road the powerlifter has been pulling some serious weight in preparation. Recently Ivan Makarov pulled his all-time best deadlift of 490 kg (1080 lbs).
