Jeremy Buendia is preparing for his return to the bodybuilding stage.

Jeremy Buendia has enjoyed success on the bodybuilding stage and is preparing for a comeback in 2023. He is already preparing for his return and shared a full day of eating during his bulk.

Buendia is a four-time Men’s Physique Olympia champion. He is planning to return to the biggest competition of the year in 2023. Buendia is planning to enter the competition at 220 pounds with the shredded physique that has landed him plenty of success before.

In a recent vide, Buendia took viewers through his full day of eating. He split a total of 4,625 calories over seven meals.

Jeremy Buendia Full Bulking Diet

Jeremy Buendia put together a diet plan that features 107 grams of fat, 488 grams of carbs, and 427.5 grams or protein.

Breakfast

Jeremy Buendia begins the video with his breakfast, which consists of 19 grams of fat, 59 grams of carbs, and 71.5 grams of protein. Despite being in a bulk, Buendia uses spray on the skillet, rather than olive oil, when making eggs.

  • 70 grams oats
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 scoop Whey protein
  • 9 egg whites
  • 1 whole egg
  • Blueberries

“Breakfast is my easiest and smallest meal, surprisingly. My coach wants me to train later in the day so I’m eating progressively up until my workout.”

Meal 2

Buendia corrects himself before meal two explaining that this is the easiest meal of the day. He adds protein and carb powder in a shaker bottle to make his shake. This comes an hour and a half after breakfast. Buendia likes this particular protein because of the taste and how it is easy to digest.

  • 2 scoops Whey protein
  • 1 scoop Carb powder

“I’m getting all of these calories in, my coach has helped me supplement protein power and carb power as well to supplement my macros…This definitely helps out a lot when getting the calories in.”

Meal 3

Buendia continues with meal three and uses sweet potato along with shrimp and avocado. He explains that sweet potato can be substituted with any source of carbs, such as red potatoes, white rice, or pasta.

  • 8 ounces shrimp
  • 12.5 ounces sweet potato
  • 1.5 ounces avocado

“I’m not necessarily eating as clean as possible. I’m more so just trying to hit my macros. If I’m going to be prepping between now and December 2023, it’s a long time to be eating the same foods.”

Post Workout

Before hitting the gym, Buendia makes another shake consisting of two scoops EAAs and one scoop carb powder. Following his workout, the former Olmypia champ will include protein powder.

  • 2 scoops Whey protein
  • 1 Rice Krispies Treat

“I’ve been doing this a long time. I know what my body can handle. If I start seeing my body fat going up a little too much, I’ll pull back and clean things up. The first three weeks, I’m able to get away with a lot more.”

Meal 5

Meal five comes around 5:30pm and has a bit more detail. Buendia explains how he will put more effort into his meals in the evening because of the time he has to prepare and cook.

  • 8 ounces raw ahi tuna
  • 325 grams white rice
  • 2 ounces avocado
  • 1.5 tablespoons roasted sesame dressing

“We are having another clean, lean protein and clean carbs…I’m doing a poke for my meal five. It’s going to add a variety to my meals throughout the week, not eating the same thing every time. It makes things a lot easier. Especially if I have some time in the evening, which I usually do, I like to put some more time into my meals.”

Meal 6

Buendia trained legs on this particular day and admitted to feeling hungrier toward the end of the night. Because of this, he decided to whip up a quesadilla using ground beef.

  • 6 ounces 90% lean ground beef
  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 5 ounces sweet potato

“I’m actually starving right now. Leg day took it out of me. You guys saw my meals today. Everything was right on, pretty clean but tonight, after doing legs, I’m feeling really hungry. I gonna do something a little bit dirtier.”

Meal 7

The final meal of the day is not a difficult one. It is the perfect way for Jeremy Buendia to end his full day of eating.

  • Low fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop Whey protein
  • 1 scoop peanut butter
