Julius Maddox Shares How He Builds His Irregular Strength with this Awesome Training

Julius Maddox is always working hard to improve.

Julius Maddox is a monstrous powerlifter with incredible strength. He not only looks the part of a powerhouse, but he walks the walk as well.

Just like in bodybuilding, excelling at powerlifting takes a considerable amount of time and effort. To become proficient takes a certain amount of patience and willingness to fail in order to meet future goals. It also takes good programming to bring about the desired results. Julius Maddox understands this well and it’s what has helped him break world records in the past.

Always looking to improve upon his strength, Julius Maddox is constantly at work in the gym. In a recent Instagram post, the accomplished powerlifter shared how he’s training to increase his strength in the bench press.
