Compton is training hard just days out from the 2015 event.

As bodybuilding fans we’re always interested in what the pros have to go through during the off season, leading up to an event and even the  aftermath. The world of professional bodybuilding is unlike any other sporting cultures out there. It’s the reason why we jump at the chance when there’s an opportunity to get a glimpse behind the scenes. The pros know that and it seems like one of the top prospects in the sport is looking to deliver on that behind the scenes experience.

Justin Compton has fast become one of the most talked about up and coming bodybuilders out there. He’s still fairly young when compared to some of the other pros in the sport, but already he’s in the discussion for possibly winning the coveted Mr. Olympia title in the near future. Compton has size, definition, and the kind of work ethic that could one day see him reigning over the open weight division.
