Kali Muscle Continues To Drop Weight, Down To 188 Pounds After Fruit Challenge: “Anything On This Body Is Watermelon”

Kali Muscle went through nine days of strictly watermelon while cutting out deodorant and toilet paper.

Former bodybuilding Kali Muscle has completely transformed his physique and overall lifestyle since his days of competition. He has cut out all steroids and often speaks out against the use of certain substances. Kali has dropped weight while maintaining a shredded build. Recently, he discussed a major change he made for nine days, where he tried a fruit diet.

Kali, who’s real name is Chuck Kirkendall, suffered a heart attack in 2021. He was hospitalized after having his left artery clog up 100%. He spent time in the hospital and was able to make a full recovery but decided to change some of his ways.

During a recent YouTube video, Kali shared his current weight of 188 pounds and explained how he went on a watermelon-only diet for nine days to improve his gut health.

“Doing my cardio this morning, going to do about 15 minutes like I say. I don’t want to drop weight crazily. I think I was 188 last night. In the morning, I be less. I be like 182.”

Kali has focused on adding more cardio into his routine and works out every day now.

Kali Muscle broke down the reasons why he committed to watermelon for nine days in a row. Along with cardio, Kali wanted to clean out his system.

“That’s the whole precept of this watermelon challenge or whatever or fruitarian diet, raw food diet, is to keep your system not having to struggle to break down food. To get food written out of your stomach and intestines because as you know, all of us that was on a sad diet. All that stuff is just locked up in there.”

Not only did Kali eat watermelon but he wanted everything to be focused around the fruit. He seemed to cut out deodorant and toilet paper as well during this time.

“Y’all still be using deodorants, using weird lotions and oils. If this is going to be all watermelon, it’s going to be all watermelon…Anything on this bod is watermelon. I don’t use no more deodorant so that’s out.

“Toothpaste, I use the doctor Broner peppermint. I wish he had a watermelon one. Toilet paper, watermelon. I don’t even use toilet paper no more. I got one log like a dog. It comes out in one piece. You don’t need no toilet paper.”

Kali Muscle continued to discuss how his bowel movements have improved since trying this challenge.

“When I was first about to do this, I had a little stomach issue like a day before with eating watermelon so I asked Bobby Smith and he told me that was normal what I was going through…I thought I was going to have diarrhea and no, you really, your bowel movements become regulated.”

This is just one of the measures that Kali Muscle has tried during his transformation. Whatever he is doing, it seems to be working as he continues to drop weight and maintain an impressive build.
