Keone Pearson Has Made Some Serious Gains

Keone Pearson is looking impressive making some serious gains in the off season.

The 212 Division is home to the most impressive light weight bodybuilders on the planet. With Flex Lewis leaving the division after his 2018 victory, the class has been wide open. After recently leaving the Classic Physique division, Keone Pearson has been making some massive gains in prep for his return to the stage.

Pearson hopes to make a big splash in the division and dominate like Flex Lewis has in the past. While Shaun Clarida has recently cemented himself as 212 champion, Pearson hopes to eventually hold the title himself one day.

In order for Keone Pearson to stand above the rest in the 212 division, gaining massive muscle has been a necessity. While the Classic Physique division required quality muscle, 212 looks for a different kind of physique. The idea is to have as much mass as possible while maintaining impressive conditioning.

Understanding this criteria, Pearson has been hard at work with training Dorian Hamilton.  Working with the Canadian coach is proving to pay dividends for the 212 hopeful. Pearson picked up a massive victory at the Chicago Pro last year in his 212 debut proving himself a true threat to the division.

Keone Pearson hitting that offseason stride! Just getting started!
