Kevin Oak Does Massive One-Arm Sumo Deadlifts

There’s no doubt about it, Kevin Oak is an absolute powerhouse.

If you’re not convinced of that then maybe his several world records in powerlifting should change your mind.

He holds the record for the raw squat at 242lbs and has consistently shown improvements in his strength over the years. But even after achieving his many accolades, Kevin Oak isn’t satisfied. He’s always looking to upgrade his abilities, much like any great high level powerlifter.

Strength Wars Movie

Recently Kevin Oak has shown a propensity for performing one-arm sumo deadlifts. The powerlifter shows a great proficiency in the lift and showcases once again why he’s one of the strongest humans on Earth.

Hips have been getting weak and tight I needed sumo’s back in my life. Still keeping it unilateral. If I can do 438 lbs with 1 Arm does that mean I can do 876 lbs with 2 arms?

More single arm sumo’s got up to 4 plates on the left lat this time. I only went up to 348 lbs last week. And I finally got 10 reps on the ghr. It’s been a goal of mine for a while.
