From the time of his release from the Travis County Jail in Austin, TX, Liver King, who’s real name is Brian Johnson, has shard multiple videos explaining his situation. Johnson shared that he is wearing an ankle monitor and a restraining order has been taken out by rogan. Liver King is not allowed to get within 200 yards of Rogan.
Johnson also implied that the charges of issuing terroristic threats have been dropped but he did not confirm.
“I don’t want to give any details, nor any names. That’s how you get ready for a fight. And you thought the videos would stop but they will never stop.”
Johnson, who was picked up by police in Rogan’s hometown, was seen in videos wearing a burgundy sweatshirt, sweatpants, and a vest in the video. He shared multiple videos on social media following the challenge to Rogan. Johnson can be seen pacing around a room with his family present discussing “prison” and “being arrested.”

Liver King Continues to Make Videos Following Release from Jail
The original video challenging Joe Rogan to a fight was shared on Monday. The two have gone back-and-forth over the years on different platforms regarding Liver King’s natural status and this is apparently where the feud began.
“Joe Rogan, we don’t have to make videos and to pretend anymore. All of this is happening, I challenge you man to man, to a fight.”
From there, Liver King was arrested on Tuesday and held on a $20,000 bond. He faced a charge of making terroristic threats, which is a Class B misdemeanor. There were no further details of the arrest shared at that point. By the looks of his recent videos, Johnson has been released and will be staying in Austin for now.
In his first video following his release, Johnson attempted to put sentences together regarding his arrest.
“Some guy thought that if you put him in jail, have the Violent Crimes Division come arrest him for a terroristic threat, the whole time that terroristic threat you thought was a bomb or something, inside that box, it’s actually a present for you and your Mothership colleagues.”
