Method Man Continues to Impress in the Gym with a New Deadlift PR

Method Man has been killing it in the gym lately, hitting a solid deadlift PR.

Method Man has been dedicated to his fitness throughout his career. Lately however, the rapper and actor has been ramping up the intensity. Recently, Method Man achieved a personal best deadlift and is looking stronger than ever.

The legendary Wu-Tang Clan member seems to be in love with deadlifting. Of all the exercises out there it seems to be the one he likes to post the most. His dedication to the lift seems to be paying off. He has continued to chip away at the deadlift, hoping to grow stronger in the movement. It appears that he’s done just that.

Back in December Method Man achieved a personal best deadlift of 475lbs. Take a look at the feat below.

Usually when most people think of Method Man, usually the last thing on our minds is fitness icon. But it appears that’s exactly what he’s transforming into. The rapper once known simply for his affinity for marijuana and dope rhymes has reinvented himself time and again.

From rapper to actor, actor to now fitness enthusiast, Method Man simply can’t be put in a box. He has certainly proven himself to be a beast in the gym. Despite being 50 years old, his strength seems to be improving with age.
