Generation Iron Mike Rashid Squats

Up your squatting game.

Training each part of your body is the key to success in this game. Sure, there are many bodybuilders out there that have a favorite body part they like to build up. Most likely that specific muscle group is one that is responsive to weight training. If you see your biceps bulge easily by performing bicep curls then it’s more than likely that you’re going to enjoy training your arms. But in order to have the total package Lex Luger style then you’re going to have to do more than train your favorite body part. Say you have weaker legs, then you better be hitting the gym and training hard to build up your quads, hamstrings, and calves.

Leg day is perhaps the most feared and loathed day of a bodybuilder’s split training. Though it may be a person’s strongest body part, there’s no getting around the fact that leg day is the most torturous of all the days during a bodybuilder’s split training. Whether you have to be on your feet all day or if you sit down at a cubical before heading to the gym, the lower body is almost always being used in some capacity.

It’s truly fatiguing to work the legs especially when you consider the exercise that is utilized to build up the wheels. That’s right, the daddy of all exercises: the squat.

To have a truly impressive lower half then squatting is key to your game. It’s not called the king of all exercises for nothing. Having a good squat is great for building size and strength in the lower body. If you want to obtain more strength and thicker wheels then you’re going to have to learn to squat and squat heavy. If you’re looking for tips on how to improve your squat then you’re going to want to hear what Mike Rashid has to say.
