Th strongman world once again has been put on notice. The recent World’s Ultimate Strongman showcased some of the best competitors in the sport. While many of those athletes put in great performances, Olekssi Novikov dominated the competition to win the show.
It is not strength that decides who is stronger, but your psychological and moral state, your level of training, ability to adapt, resistance to external stimuli, technique and many, many more. The one who considers himself strong is simply strong; but in order to be the strongest this is not enough.
