At just 25 years old, the phrase ‘rising star’ comes to mind when looking at Justin Compton. He is by no means a completely new face to the sport of bodybuilding – but with his latest victory at the Orlando Europa show he is getting people’s attention for the first time.

Just a few short years ago not many people had any idea about Justin Compton. Who was he? Seemingly nothing to talk about – at first. Over the course of just four years Compton has transformed himself into a successful competitor worth people’s time.

Compton started bodybuilding when he was only 15 years old. At first it was only to improve his self image, but when he decided to enter his first bodybuilding competition at the ripe age of 18 – he immediately knew this is what he would do with his life.

In 2012, Compton went pro and he has never looked back. His star continued to rise as he continuously shows up on stage every year at a noticeably larger size. Culminating with him taking first place at the Europa show and gaining access to his first Mr. Olympia at the young age of 25.

Many bodybuilders smash into the pro competitions aided by a lot of hype and expectation. Justin Compton came in like a ninja – and now we can see what he can really do when he takes the stage at this year’s Olympia.

Will He Take the Sandow?

There’s no way Compton is going to take down the heavy hitters that we all know and love within his very first year. We’re not sure where he will place – but we are excited to see what he can do and give us an idea of where he will go in the next coming year.
