Recently Patrick Moore has been hitting the gym late night and has been making some pretty solid gains. It appears that the late night sessions were inspired by seven-time Mr. Olympia Phil Heath.

Late one today! One of the biggest things I learned from @philheath was the advantages and disadvantages of different training times. I’m becoming more fond of late workouts as they allow me to eat more during the day before training. Especially for bigger muscle groups since they require more energy reserve. This was the entire workout start to finish. 6 sets each exercise. 2 warm-up sets and 4 working sets…increasing weight each set??

I know y’all know that feeling when you hit a set and then look at yourself like…”yeah I did that shit”? Who can relate??
