Phil Heath has shared many secrets over the years, both mental and physical. He continues to spread his wisdom with the next generation and that includes during arm days. Heath recently shared some of his favorite bicep and tricep exercises to help grow arms.

Heath totaled seven Olympia titles over the course of his career. Just like Ronnie and Jay, Phil Heath had an intense rivalry with Kai Greene. In 2020, he stepped on stage for the what seems to be the final time, but has been active in the gym ever since. During the 2020 show, Heath finished third and fans have been waiting for his return ever since. As of now, Heath is tied with Schwarzenegger with seven Olympia victories.
Phil Heath’s Go-To Tricep Exercises
Heath took to Instagram to share some of his favorite exercises. He pinpointed two different ones for triceps that can be done on either chest or shoulder day:

“Getting full extension is ideal and if you come up a little short, make sure you are keeping your elbows tucked in while performing each rep.”
Heath hits these exercises in sets of four with 10 reps each. He calls for 45-60 seconds of rest between.

Heath’s bicep workout consisted of three exercises for three sets of 10 reps each:
