Ramon Dino is open to moving up at some point but remains dedicated to Classic Physique.
Classic Physique bodybuilder Ramon Rocha Queiroz has been one of the standouts in the division over the course of his career. While he still works toward his goal of winning an Olympia title, Ramon Dino knows there comes a time when he might make the jump to Men’s Open. “I want to feel ready to go to the Open one day. It’s not just saying ‘ah. I’m going to go to Open.’ No, If I feel ready like now is my time to go to Open, let’s go.”
Ramon Dino is still relatively a fresh face on the bodybuilding scene, yet he still has made a large splash in the community. His professional competitive career started in 2018, at the Olympia Amateur Brazil, at which he earned his IFBB Pro Card.
Queiroz has been extremely successful since he began competing. In 2022, Ramon appeared first at the Arnold Classic, taking second place right behind Terrence Ruffin. Then, came the 2022 Mr. Olympia, where he took 2nd place to the champion Chris Bumstead himself. This was the same result in 2023 but he fell to fourth on the scorecard in October.

Ramon Dino Talks Move To Men’s Open
Ramon Dino sat down for a conversation with DC Backstage. Here, the conversation shifted to Keone Pearson and his prospects of moving to Men’s Open. Queiroz believes this will happen in the future but Pearson should wait until he is ready.
“He has to do it somewhere. If he’s going well in the 212, he should continue there for a little while longer.”
Ramon Dino has his sights set on winning the Classic Physique Olympia title but acknowledges the chances of moving to Open in the future.
“Yes, it’s something that’s a little far away for me. My plan is still totally focused on Classic Physique and there’s still a lot to do.”
After winning his sixth consecutive Olympia title, Chris Bumstead announced his retirement from competition. This leaves Classic Physique wide open moving forward and Ramon Dino believes he can be in the mix for titles moving forward. Wesley Vissers has been in the midst of a break from competition after sliding down in recent competitions. Mike Sommerfeld make a major jump and finished second to Bumstead during the Olympia. The division is littered with talent and only growing from here.
