Regan Grimes Shares Offseason Physique Update At 296 Pounds

Regan Grimes has bulked up this offseason and will begin to work toward a comeback in 2025.

Regan Grimes has not competed this year but that does not mean that he has not been focusing on bodybuilding. Grimes is planning his return in 2025 and recently shared a physique update as he bulked up to 296 pounds.

Grimes made the jump from Classic Physique to Open Bodybuilding and has carried great expectations since. Grimes won the 2021 Egypt KO Pro to qualify for the 2022 Olympia but did not compete because he wanted to add more size.

Grimes returned to competition last year and earned a victory during the 2023 Europa Pro Championships. This earned him a spot in the 2023 Olympia, where he finished ninth. Grimes has been hard at work bulking up again this year with a goal of returning in 2025.

Regan Grimes Physique Update At 296 Pounds

Regan Grimes recently shared an offseason physique update at 296 pounds with an eye on a return to the stage next year. He shared that he has shows picked out already but has not revealed which ones just yet.

Grimes appeared as a featured subject in Generation Iron 3. The film followed multiple athletes, including Regan, who was in the process of deciding if he wanted to shift gears to the Classic Physique division rather than Men’s Open, which eventually he did. It provided some deeper insight into the life behind the muscle.

Regan Grimes began competing at just 18 years old and has put a lot of time and hard work into his physique. Now, he is looking to make waves as a Men’s Open competitor next season.
