Rich Gaspari has made sure to keep his legs in quality shape!
Bodybuilding veteran Rich Gaspari has spoken out about the importance of developing your legs and practices what he preaches. Recently, Gaspari showed off his ripped quads at 61 years old.
During his career, Gaspari went head-to-head with some of the greatest of all-time, including Lee Haney and Dorian Yates. He finished as the runner-up in the Olympia three times in his career. Gaspari was inducted into the IFBB Hall of Fame in 2004 after a successful career. Now, he follows the Men’s Open division closely and speaks on different topics.

Gaspari, who won the 1989 Arnold Classic, has been able to remain in incredible shape in retirement. Over the years, he has shared his own opinions on bodybuilding as a whole while impressing with his physique.

Rich Gaspari took to social media to show off progress made on his legs in the gym.
“Wanted to see what my legs look like. Still got some cuts in those old legs.”
In 2023, Rich Gaspari discussed how he believes that calves have not been prioritized by bodybuilders in recent years. Symmetry and balance is important for competitors if they want to be crowned Mr. Olympia. Of course, calves are in the mix and it is interesting to see Gaspari unhappy with the current state of the muscle.
“Seems today the calf muscle is not as important to train and many of today’s bodybuilders neglect calves.”
By the looks of his recent update, it is clear that Rich Gaspari is not neglecting calves or any part of his legs.
