Majors was able to build an impressive physique needed to portray aspiring bodybuilder Killian Maddox in “Magazine Dreams.” Majors is no stranger to fitness. He grew up a tremendous athlete and was given the chance to transform his physique ahead of “Creed III.” In January 2023, Majors shared that he had to increase his diet plan in a big way for four months leading up to his role as Maddox.

Ronnie Coleman Discusses Jonathan Majors Physique
Ronnie Coleman knows a thing or two about winning on the bodybuilding stage. He currently holds the all-time record with eight Olympia victories, tied with Lee Haney. During his career, Coleman was known was one of the strongest competitors in the gym and still trains at a high level.
Coleman was impressed with Majors and his overall work ethic in the gym that led to building his physique.
“He is in awesome shape. Awesome shape. He’s in good enough shape now to get on stage and compete as a bodybuilder. And he’s got an awesome physique. He trains pretty regularly.”
Majors did all he could to turn into a believable bodybuilder on the big screen and he clearly accomplished this goal.
“He’s got great shape. He’s in phenomenal condition. I was kind of shocked about his conditioning.”
‘Magazine Dreams’ is preparing to be released this week and the world will get to see the work that Majors put in for the role. He caught the attention of one of the bodybuilding greats in the process.
